President and CEO of The Opus Group recently joined 125 event organizers for Caesars Entertainments’ inaugural Wellness Summit in Las Vegas.
The exclusive event offered attendees a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of wellness, with activities like somatic breathwork, curated cuisine, breathtaking natural landscapes, and sound baths at the Garden of the Gods.
On a recent episode of No Hidden Agenda TV, Kim Kopetz shared her experience at the Summit and discussed the importance of prioritizing wellness in both personal and professional life. She praised Caesars for “walking the talk” and creating an event that truly focuses on attendee well-being.
“It’s important to take a step back and think about these things,” Kim explained. “We move so fast, and we learn new things every day; we should take time to delight in them.”
Kim also emphasized intentionality when planning wellness-focused events. “Many companies include little things like yoga sessions of 5k walks or quiet rooms, but it’s important to understand the why behind wellness. Attendees learn more, take away more, and have a better affinity to your brand because they feel good.”
